GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION
Elbow BFM has multiple shipping options to select from. Please take the time to pick the correct option for your speed, cost, and location needs. Please reference the shipping restrictions listed below for APO, and International addresses.
Preferred shipping is via USPS and UPS:
CONUS and International orders ship next business day and generally arrive within 3-5 days of order date, location dependent.

Our shipping rates are updated immediately as you select the options from USPS or UPS.
Standard Shipping: USPS PRIORITY MAIL USA PHYSICAL/PO/APO-FPO'S FedEx GROUND USPS
If at all possible, please provide a physical address for shipping, P.O. BOXES are fine but only for USPS services. APO/FPO's ship via Priority Mail ONLY!

GROUP ORDERS
Group orders are a great way to offset your shipping costs and it is easy to do. In addition, group orders of 20 sets or more receive free shipping. Here is how to do it!

Individuals checkout items they are interested in purchasing. |

Click on the Group Orders link below and Print it out. Group members sign up for their items - PLEASE print clearly! |

POC: FAX the order form to 1-612-605-0687 with a cover sheet including all pertinent contact/shipping/payment information. Contact us if you have any questions. |

A sales associate will confirm a total for your order including shipping and delivery date. |

SQUADRON ORDERS
Squadron orders are a cost effective way to purchase many products at one time to save on shipping costs and to receive discounts. Here is how to do it!

RETURN POLICY
Our products are built with the highest standards of quality in mind and are designed to withstand the abuse of personal or squadron use. Even though our products are designed to with stand great stresses we understand that some products may break while performing their intended duties. To account for parts that are defective Elbow BFM has a 60 day guarantee on all products to ensure the customer is thoroughly happy with their purchase. To replace or return your product please follow the instructions below and the product will be replaced immediately.
Please examine your product IMMEDIATELY upon delivery. If one of our products is damaged in shipping please e-mail us using the instructions listed below and we will promptly replace the defect part. Any damages that are a result of mishandling will be claimed through the appropriate delivery service by Elbow BFM, LLC. If packages arrive obviously damaged please call it to the attention of courier.
